The white belt marks the beginning of your journey towards continuous improvement, with “Kaizen” as a key concept. Derived from the Japanese words ‘kai’ (change) and ‘zen’ (good), Kaizen unites cross-functional teams to address specific challenges. A Kaizen event is a focused, accelerated improvement activity that can swiftly enhance a process or operation.
