The Lean & Six Sigma Yellow Belt course is ideal for those who are looking for an introduction to the tools & methodologies utilised across Continuous Improvement. Candidates will be expected to deliver improvement activities local to their business environment using basic methods in Lean by removing waste and Six Sigma in identify variation in processes they work with on a daily basis.

The objective of this course is to develop the understanding of improvement tools and how to function effectively as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

On completion of the 2 day training, candidates will be provided with an introduction to Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques enabling them to be members of improvement teams or to lead small improvement projects themselves.
