This 10 day course is suitable for team leaders/Managers responsible  for their own projects or a Black Belt team. The course includes the Green Belt Foundation training & goes on to include more advanced Six Sigma statisical tools including the application of Creative Thinking strengthening the knowledge of both Lean & Six Sigma.

Learn how to manage the Lean & Six Sigma competencies including:-

  • DMAIC vs DMADV
  • Understanding the VOC & VOB
  • Understanding “Currrent State” Process
  • Managing Change Projects
  • Implementation & Control
  • Checking Failure Modes
  • Minitab

To successfully complete this course, professionals must review complete a project & pass an examination. The Council for Six Sigma Certification will provide you with an accredited qualification for the subject on successful completion assessed by Blue Lion Training Academy.

The Black Belt training is a 10-day course, which can be delivered all at once or in stages, depending on your business needs, the accreditation requirement of a dissertation is supported by the tools and the training you will gain, whilst driving a continuous Improvement Strategy across the business, function or sector throughout the year post training.

Candidates must have achieved Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

REQUIREMENTS TO CERTIFY

1. Pre-requisite training

2. Complete classroom training

3. Complete exam with +75% score as a minimum

4. Complete Project(s) or PoW

5. Meet the minimum standards against an independent assessment for the CSSC.

Progress onto the Lean & Six Sigma Master Black Belt commercial course or alternatively, if you are employed you could progress onto the Level 6 Improvement Leader apprenticeship (including Master Black Belt Lean Six Sigma qualification)
