This 5-day course is aimed at candidates who would like to further their understanding of Lean and Six Sigma application, tools and techniques. For candidates involved in, or about to start their own projects, the course covers the structure of Six Sigma projects using the DMAIC & DMADV approach (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve/Design, Control/Verify).

On completion of the training, candidates will be able to complete a project, enabling the candidates to ‘walk through’ the project process.

The course is assessed by incorporating a delegate project with a project review in 6 months and by completing a short exam on the last day of training.

Content

During the 5 days the training will be applied to a mini project, enabling the delegates to ‘walk through’ the project process.

Certification

Becoming a “Green Belt” will allow you to apply the knowledge & skills learned into practice and impact your role & organisation in a postitive way!

This advanced level will ensure you will be able to manage & lead Continuous Improvement projects across the organisation with confidence to mentor fellow colleagues at White & Yellow belt level.

The training course, offered by Blue Lion Training Academy, is accredited by the CSSC (Council for Six Sigma Certification) and includes a globally recognised Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificate.

Progression Opportunities

Progress onto the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt commercial course or alternatively, if you are employed you could progress onto the Level 5 Improvement Specialist apprenticeship (including Black Belt Lean Six Sigma qualification)
