The role of a “Kaizen Facilitator” is a fundamental part of learning and a pre-requisite if your organisation has no strategy for Continuous Improvement in Lean or Six Sigma.

The objective of this course is to develop the understanding of improvement tools and how to function effectively as a Lean Six Sigma White Belt.

The Master Black Belt training is a 15-day course, which can be delivered all at once or in stages, depending on your business needs, the accreditation requirement of a dissertation is supported by the tools and the training you will gain, whilst driving a continuous Improvement Strategy across the business, function or sector throughout the year post training.
