Participate in projects that will improve performance across organisational functions and processes.

Work as a member of an operational team to resolve problems, preventing re-occurrence, engaging others in issues affecting them and to support the improvement of performance through engaging team members in the identification of improvement opportunities and relevant countermeasures and controls, initiating and facilitating improvement activities through to confirmed resolution and providing local expertise in business improvement methods and basic tools to team!

Who is this apprenticeship suitable for?

Suitable for employees who have minimal or no knowledge of CI methodologies who can identify & participate in the delivery of a change across an existing process or department. Using a blend of Lean, Six Sigma, project & change management tools to identify change utilising the DMAIC process.

Our flexible delivery model will support each learner to develop and enhance their knowledge & skills to participate in a Continuous Improvement project.

At Blue Lion, you can expect to receive:-

All learners will complete an initial assessment in Maths & English as part of the enrolment process. For apprentices aged 19+, completing Functional Skills is no longer a mandatory requirement of the apprenticeship programme.

However, we offer an outstanding teaching and learning programme in Maths & English for anyone who wishes to develop their skills further, and our tutors are here to support you every step of the way.

All apprentices are required to complete a set number of Off the Job Training (OTJ) hours over the duration of their apprenticeship. New government rules have made this so flexible , with the removal of a weekly requirement giving you the freedom to spread your OTJ hours in a way that works best for you and your employer.
