At Blue Lion Training Academy, our market-leading OTJ programme is designed to be flexible, engaging, and impactful. Whether through projects, masterclasses, e-learning, or hands-on experiences, every activity helps you build the knowledge, skills, and behaviours to thrive in your role.
All OTJ is logged easily through our Bud platform, making it simple to track your progress and celebrate achievements along the way.
