Responsible for the marketing activities and strategy of their organisation. From overseeing the marketing budget, planning and implementing campaigns to tracking their success and reporting back to senior management. They have a strategic focus, ensuring that marketing activities align to brand guidelines and shape business needs and objectives and deliver a return on investment.
A Marketing Manager normally reports to a director, and depending on the size/structure of the marketing team/organisation may have responsibility for a team of Marketing Executives/Marketing Assistants.
A Marketing Manager will develop, position and promote the products or services of the company, selecting appropriate channels and using appropriate messaging. Being a Marketing Manager requires in-depth experience of marketing as well as great communication skills, high levels of creativity and the confidence to manage a team of marketers. Functional Skills
All learners will complete an initial assessment in Maths & English as part of the enrolment process. For apprentices aged 19+, completing Functional Skills is no longer a mandatory requirement of the apprenticeship programme.
However, we offer an outstanding teaching and learning programme in Maths & English for anyone who wishes to develop their skills further, and our tutors are here to support you every step of the way.

Off The Job Training (OTJ)
All apprentices are required to complete a set number of Off the Job Training (OTJ) hours over the duration of their apprenticeship. New government rules have made this so flexible , with the removal of a weekly requirement giving you the freedom to spread your OTJ hours in a way that works best for you and your employer.
