The position sits at the core of the Ad Operations Team and enables the smooth execution of digital media campaigns, ensuring that creative assets and campaign trackers are correctly implemented and issues are promptly addressed and resolved. The Ad Operations Executive will be using a variety of ad tech platforms and will work together with internal teams and external partners, allowing them to acquire a deep knowledge of the online advertising industry in general and the programmatic space in particular. As the department, and business, are growing rapidly there is scope for you to really make this role your own.

Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6pm

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Uploading advertising content (i.e. creatives) in the form of different types of files (e.g. images, videos, audios) or HTML or JavaScript code across various platforms
  • Generating and implementing pieces of code that allow MiQ, clients and tech partners to track campaign activities
  • Troubleshooting creative, campaign and tracking issues
  • Assisting the Trading and Client Services teams with ad hoc requests, including reporting, campaign set-up or screenshots as required
  • Creating tutorials for internal use

  • Active interest in digital advertising technologies
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of Excel and HTML; programming languages a plus
