An employer needs help in upskilling existing staff or to increase the capacity to drive awareness and customer sales…

We advertise the vacancy or help the employer find the internal candidate and carry out an initial assessment

We work with the employer and agree on the cohort numbers and initial start date and have all onboarding paperwork completed online and for the apprentice (internal or new) to sign their commitment statement.

Initial training days will include explanation of the curriculum, assessment and training styles for learning and how to managing the e-portfolio and 20% of the job requirements.

The Apprenticeship Programme will be delivered for a minimum of one year including preparation for the End Point Assessment (EPA)

Experience in a demanding media and digital marketing industry will enhance the learning and provide further insights for the preparation of the EPA
