Mentoring

Whatever you may be looking to achieve, such as the understanding and mitigation of product or process risk through conducting a Design or Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), or ensuring your customer’s requirements are captured and correctly translated in to technical specifications via a Quality Function Deployment (QFD) exercise, we can help.

BLTA has the necessary knowhow to help attain your objectives when setting-up, facilitating and organising follow-up actions across a whole range of events. Our professional facilitators are qualified in both Lean and Six Sigma based techniques as well as related change management and strategic tools.

We will harness the expertise and experience of your teams through a structured workshop, using proven tools, which is a highly efficient and effective way of gaining knowledge, and moving the performance of your organisation forward.

One-to-one project coaching can often make the difference between project success and failure – and completion of a training course does not automatically mean project success. The characteristic of each project must be coached, and one-to-one support provides a safe environment in which individuals and teams can ask questions before applying classroom lessons to the task at hand.
